SHKOBBA Closed Beta Privacy Notice
Effective for v0.9 closed-beta testing. This notice describes the limited information used to operate, secure and improve the SHKOBBA beta. A final legally reviewed policy should replace this beta notice before public commercial release.
Information used in the beta
Guest players receive an internal player/session identifier. Players who choose to protect an account provide an email address and password; passwords are stored only as one-way password hashes. The service also processes match state and results, ratings, progression, cosmetics, friends/invites, moderation reports, presence timestamps, device push tokens, app build/platform information, and optional feedback or crash/diagnostic reports.
Why we use it
We use beta information to authenticate players, run online matches, reconnect games, deliver friend invitations, maintain rankings and cosmetic ownership, prevent abuse, investigate reports, diagnose crashes/network failures, and evaluate whether Libyan rules and UX behave correctly with real players. Internal QA builds may initialize Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Google Mobile Ads in test mode. Production advertising and ad targeting remain disabled until the advertising, consent and store disclosures are finalized.
Service providers
The beta may use Bluehost for the application/API database, Cloudflare for DNS/security and the notification relay, Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android/iOS push delivery, Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics for enabled diagnostics, and Google Mobile Ads test inventory in internal QA builds. App distribution may use Apple TestFlight and Google Play testing.
Retention
Operational records are retained only as needed for the beta. Current server cleanup targets include approximately 90 days for analytics/client diagnostics, 30 days for transient match reactions and expired invitation data, and longer retention for account history, match results, moderation/audit records and owned cosmetics while the beta account remains active.
Your choices
Push notifications are optional and can be disabled in Settings. Account protection is optional; guest play remains available. Beta participants can request account/data assistance through the Support page. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, medical information or other sensitive information in feedback fields.

البيانات المستخدمة
يحصل اللاعب الضيف على معرف داخلي وجلسة. إذا اختار اللاعب حماية حسابه، يتم استخدام البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور، وتُحفظ كلمة المرور كقيمة مشفرة أحادية الاتجاه فقط. كما قد نعالج حالة ونتائج المباريات، التصنيف والتقدم، المقتنيات التجميلية، الأصدقاء والدعوات، بلاغات الإشراف، حالة التواجد، رموز إشعارات الجهاز، معلومات إصدار التطبيق، والملاحظات أو تقارير الأعطال الاختيارية.
الغرض
نستخدم هذه المعلومات لتشغيل اللعب عبر الإنترنت، استرجاع المباريات، إرسال دعوات الأصدقاء، حفظ التصنيف والمقتنيات، مكافحة الإساءة، مراجعة البلاغات، وتشخيص مشاكل الأداء والشبكة والتحقق من صحة القواعد الليبية مع اللاعبين الحقيقيين. قد تستخدم نسخ الاختبار الداخلي Google Analytics وFirebase Crashlytics وإعلانات Google التجريبية فقط. تبقى الإعلانات الحقيقية والاستهداف الإعلاني معطلة حتى اكتمال إعدادات الموافقة والإفصاحات الخاصة بالمتاجر.

الإشعارات اختيارية ويمكن إيقافها من الإعدادات. حماية الحساب اختيارية ويمكن اللعب كضيف. يمكن طلب المساعدة المتعلقة بالحساب أو البيانات عبر صفحة الدعم.
