SHKOBBA v0.9 Beta Support
For gameplay bugs, scoring disputes, crashes or network problems, use Settings → Beta Feedback when possible so the report includes useful build/session context.
Before reporting
Note the game mode (1v1/2v2), room type, rules preset, approximate time, device model/OS, and what you expected to happen. For a scoring dispute, include the round result screen and the rule preset shown in the room.
Account help
Protected beta accounts use email/password sign-in. If you lose access during the closed beta, contact the beta support address configured in the app. Never send your password in a support message.
Known beta limitations
Push notifications require the Firebase/Cloudflare notification configuration to be enabled for the test build. Store purchases use sandbox currency only. Native performance and background/reconnect behavior are part of the v0.9 real-device test matrix.
